VS_WindUns()         Returns the unselected window color

Description:

  VS_WindUns() returns the unselected window color of the currently
  selected palette.

Syntax:     

  c_Color = VS_WindUns()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  c_Color is a character expression that will contain the unselected
  window color for the currently selected palette.

Notes:

  ? VS_WindUns()
